Compensation:
$20.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on skillset and experience.
Double-time pay for working Ethos Observed Holidays!
Schedules Offered:
- Sun, Mon, Wed – 8am to 9pm
- Sun, Mon, Tues - 9am to 10pm
- Thurs, Fri, Sat - 6am to 7pm
A Day in the Life:
Your day starts by welcoming clients, checking in patients, and coordinating with our medical team to keep the flow of appointments and emergency cases running smoothly. You’ll handle a high volume of phone calls, manage updates through our callback system, and support check‑outs, estimates, and financial transactions. Throughout your shift, you'll stay in constant communication with technicians and doctors to ensure clients receive timely updates and clear guidance. You’ll wrap up your day with follow‑ups and post‑visit tasks that help families feel supported even after they leave the hospital.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of veterinary experience (GP, ER, or specialty required - animal handling alone does not qualify).
- An excellent communicator who can relay information clearly, compassionately, and confidently.
- Organized, detail‑driven, and able to stay ahead in a fast‑moving environment.
- A proactive team player who builds strong, positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Steady under pressure and comfortable supporting clients during urgent or emotional situations.
