Job Description
Responsibilities
The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for Norton Healthcare properties, patients, employees, and visitors. The role responds to emergency situations; patrols assigned areas; escorts and transports patients; maintains records and reports and contributes to the efficient operation of the department.
**This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record**
Qualifications
Required:
- Driver's License

- One year in security, law enforcement or military
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Healthcare Security Officer
