Position Overview
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Moorestown, NJ.
Important:
This position is NOT remote initially.
On-site work is required for the first 90 days for training and onboarding
Remote eligibility may be considered after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming and outgoing customer calls daily
Respond to customer inquiries and take product orders
Provide accurate product knowledge and exceptional customer service
Communicate, sell, and promote products to customers
Work closely with account personnel and assist other departments as needed
Perform additional customer-related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
What You Need
High School Diploma or GED
Sales and/or customer service experience
(grocery, foodservice, or telemarketing experience preferred)Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience working in a high-volume inbound call environment
Team-oriented mindset
Microsoft Office and Excel experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
