As a Receiving Technician I in our Quality Control (QC) function within the Spine division, you’ll play an essential behind-the-scenes role in ensuring incoming medical products and materials are accurately received, documented, and ready for use—keeping our supply chain efficient, compliant, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions to the operating room.


What You’ll Do:

  • Physically receive and process all incoming production and non-production shipments
  • Verify and ensure required documentation from manufacturers is correct and complete upon receipt
  • Follow daily receiving priorities and direction provided by Supply Planning
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean work area with proper product segregation to support quality and compliance
  • Accurately process inventory receipts in JD Edwards (ERP system)
  • Assist in quarterly and yearly physical inventory counts of product
  • Support overall receiving operations to help maintain accurate inventory and timely availability of materials for manufacturing and distribution

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of relevant experience required; two years preferred (experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar logistics/quality environment is ideal)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and goal-focused
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
