  • Master the Line: Coordinate production setups, oversee material flow, perform line clearance activities, and keep everything running smoothly—your role will be essential to our success.
  • Drive the Change: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, boost productivity, and make sure we’re always getting better. You’ll generate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track our progress and elevate the team to new heights!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven Leadership: You’re a leader who knows how to inspire a team, drive change, and keep things moving forward in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing Know-How: You have a background in operations and understand the ins and outs of production, from floor layout to Lean methods.
  • Critical Thinking: Complex problems don’t scare you—you tackle them head-on with creativity and attention to detail.
  • People Skills: You communicate effectively, motivate your team, and know how to resolve conflicts in a way that keeps everyone on track.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and excited to dive into data to improve operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)—technical training or relevant experience is a big plus!
  • Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Floor layout expertise, Lean methods, conflict resolution, and a keen ability to drive operational success.
