Supports the HR department by handling a wide range of daily tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Provides HR guidance to employees and managers, ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, and contribute to the overall employee experience. 
Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development. Also plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. 
HR generalist should possess a combination of relevant education, knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and practical experience in various HR areas like employee relations, recruitment, and HR management.
