About the role
Join Unimarket as a B2B Supplier Integrations Specialist
Full-time | Remote (US based) | Monday–Friday | Occasional travel
We’re looking for someone who’s technically minded or keen to learn, ready to become an expert on our platform and make a real impact by helping suppliers connect seamlessly with Unimarket.
This is a remote role, so you’ll need a quiet workspace and reliable internet. We’re committed to supporting flexible work and helping our team thrive wherever they are.
What you'll do
- Become a go-to expert on how Unimarket works day-to-day
- Lead supplier onboarding projects from start to finish
- Configure technical integrations between Unimarket and suppliers’ eCommerce systems (e.g. punch-out/round trip catalogues, purchase orders, invoices)
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality support to suppliers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and document technical issues, raising bug reports when needed
- Keep suppliers and customers informed and engaged throughout projects
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge and help documentation
You’ll also:
- Support new customer implementations
- Collaborate with Support and Customer Success to solve integration issues
- Take on additional responsibilities to grow your skills and influence
About you
- A 4-year degree is preferred, but not essential
- Curious, motivated, and eager to keep developing your skills
- Clear and confident communicator – written and verbal
- You enjoy solving problems and helping others succeed
- You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- You’re adaptable – you stay calm in change and find clarity in complexity
- You’ve worked directly with customers or clients and bring a service mindset
- You can explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language
Ideal systems experience
- XML, REST APIs, or WebServices
- B2B system integrations
- Excel and data analysis
