Fine Dinning Server

Sea & Smoke, Mesquite Seafood Grill - An intimate and elevated seafood restaurant and bar in Chandler’s Downtown Ocotillo, is seeking a skilled front-of-the-house server with three years of experience in providing excellent guest dining and beverage service. Attention to detail in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment is a requirement. Sea & Smoke opens at 4 pm on Fridays, Tuesdays – Thursdays, and Saturdays at 5 pm. We are closed on Monday.

Strong knowledge of wines is preferred.

Duties and Expectations:

• Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is a must!
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Guest-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner while adhering to food handling and safety standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with a fantastic team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Other duties as requested by the manager.
• Resume or proven relative working experience.
