This entry-level position is perfect for computer gamers or individuals with a strong understanding of computers and software. No prior dental lab experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
Position Overview
As a Dental Lab Digital Scan Technician, you will play a key role in the digital workflow of our lab. Your primary responsibility will be to import and process digital casework, ensuring each case is properly scanned, designated to a technician, and documented for record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Import digital casework from various digital portals into our lab system.
- Scan all cases into our dental lab design software with precision and accuracy.
- Assign cases to the appropriate design technician and log case assignments for tracking purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of case assignments and technician workflows.
- Ensure quality control in case processing to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with design technicians, managers, and other lab team members to ensure smooth case progression.
