We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Clear tables and reset them for new guests when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware, washing bar glasses, and cleaning tables
- Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Maintain knowledge of the menu items and be able to easily identify each item
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays
- Valid food handler's, allergen, and alcohol permits or ability to obtain one
