Management Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed policy analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of existing organizational policies and procedures.
• Analyze data related to business operations, personnel management, and government contracts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with community, student, and social program teams to integrate insights and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of new business strategies and operational processes to enhance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience providing support to a DoD/DON acquisition program office. 
• Prior experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) undersea manned and unmanned programs and/or Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) programs is desired. 
• Experience with certification program plan and technical maintenance manual authority desired. 
• Bachelor’s degree.  
• Must have a Secret Clearance.
