We are seeking a dedicated Residential Services Manager to lead our residential programs, ensuring high-quality support and fostering a positive, empowering environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Summary:

  • Oversee the daily operations of residential sites, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
  • Supervise and support residential staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development
  • Implement and monitor Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs) to promote individual goals, skill development, and community engagement
  • Utilize best practices, technology, and person-centered thinking to enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for residents, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated, respectful care
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
  • Monitor and manage program budgets, resources, and documentation to maintain operational efficiency
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and respect within the residential team
Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in residential or community-based services, with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of person-centered planning, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with technology and documentation systems related to service delivery
  • Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion for individuals served
