About the Role
GOLFZON America is seeking a Marketing Contractor to provide executive and operational leadership during maternity leave coverage. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2–5 years of marketing experience who can independently manage campaigns, partnerships, and media execution cadence. There is potential for future full-time consideration based on performance and business need.

Key Responsibilities
Activations & Partnerships
- Manage fulfillment of existing partnerships
- Maintain partner communication and deliverable timelines
- Ensure all contractual obligations are executed
Budget Management
- Track and monitor marketing spend
- Ensure alignment with the approved budget
- Escalate incremental or experimental spend requests to leadership
- Serve as the point of contact for Marketing budget-related questions
Media Planning & Execution
- Oversee asset creation and delivery for existing media partners
- Manage campaign timelines and performance reporting
- Help maintain execution cadence across partnerships and media buys
PGA Show Support
- Assist in the execution of the pre-planned strategy
- Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders
- Support logistics, creative deadlines, and timelines
- Work closely with other marketing and operations team members and support as needed
Campaign Execution Cadence
- Maintain monthly execution rhythm across media, partnerships, and campaigns
- Ensure consistency in messaging and deliverables
Basic Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or other related fields
- Experience with campaign management and media coordination
- Strong project management skills
- Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in Canva and creating/designing ad materials
- Adequate in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Suite, Dropbox, Monday.com, and Salesforce a plus
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Ability to operate with limited supervision
- Sports, golf, or experiential marketing background preferred
