Description:

IR MSO (Interventional Radiology Management Services Organization) supports outpatient centers where nationally recognized physicians deliver minimally invasive, non-surgical care. We help expand access to safe, effective alternatives to surgery—especially in women’s health—through education, trusted relationships, and continuity of care.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with OB-GYNs and other key referral sources
  • Coordinate provider outreach (visits, lunch-and-learns, educational drop-ins) and ensure timely follow-up
  • Represent the practice at community events and patient-education programs
  • Support local execution of marketing initiatives in partnership with centralized Marketing
  • Coordinate with the Call Center to ensure leads/referrals are routed and followed up appropriately
  • Track outreach activity and results in CRM/tracking tools and provide regular updates

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in outreach, marketing, community engagement, sales support, or a related role
  • Strong communication and organization; comfortable speaking with providers and groups
  • Healthcare or patient-facing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
