ERP Implementation Specialist

BTS-IT develops a customized ERP platform and provides IT services to customers across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.  They offer a fully integrated, industry-specific solution designed for the Metal and Manufacturing industries.

This role is responsible for implementing our custom-built ERP solution for metals manufacturing and distribution companies. You will lead new ERP implementations, manage upgrades, and support customers throughout the ERP lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

·  Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from kickoff through go-live

·  Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements

·  Perform gap analysis to identify system enhancements and workflow improvements

·  Document scope and requirements; partner with the product team to create functional specifications

·  Lead data conversion and migration efforts between legacy systems and BTS ERP

Training, Testing & Support

·  Create end-user documentation, training guides, and reference materials

·  Develop training schedules and deliver super-user and end-user training

·  Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions

·  Support customer upgrades, including training and UAT

·  Review and resolve customer support and help desk requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

·  5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, training, and support

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

·  Professional working proficiency in French (desired but not required)

·  Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects

·  Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Payment processes

·  Experience implementing large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, or similar

·  Experience performing gap analysis, gathering requirements, and writing functional specifications

Preferred Qualifications

·  Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments

·  Knowledge of or experience supporting metals industry solutions

·  Experience working with international clients (AU/NZ/UK/Europe)

·  Ability to read/write basic SQL queries and understand database relationships

Travel Requirements

·  Approximately 30% travel, including domestic and international
