Arctic Cat is adding a Supply Chain Sourcing Manager to lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals. Collaborating across the organization, you'll be able to influence operations and contribute to Arctic Cat's continued success. This is a full-time onsite position located in Thief River Falls, MN.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically lead the Supply Chain Sourcing function for Arctic Cat.
- Identify potential suppliers, create bid packages and run the RFQ process.
- Negotiate with suppliers and award business, identifying cost performance and VMI/SOI initiatives within the supply base.
- Manage make vs. buy analysis to determine optimal supply chain decisions.
- Analyze landed costs on RFQ packages to support negotiations and make final awards decisions.
- Follow Supply Chain best practices; foresee issues and mitigate impact to business.
- Communicate production readiness, providing excellent internal customer support to manufacturing, production, and assembly teams.
- Ensure Supply Chain Management operates in alignment with program budgets, last price paid and ‘should-cost’ parameters when procuring parts/systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and finance to revise requirements and scope to enable effective competition.
- Train personnel on the basics of commercial sales such as pricing, delivery, warranty, payment terms, and various legal terms to protect the business.
- Foster talent development through supportive career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
- Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered and valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Must have 5 or more years of related experience.
- MS Office Suite and ERP system experience required; SAP preferred.
Salary Information
$110000.00 - $130000.00
