Our fully equipped Pilates studio—running strong for 25 years—is a well-established part of our practice, offering clients a unique and holistic path to wellness.
Our instructors work with a wide variety of clients, including:
  • Individuals transitioning from physical therapy
  • Long-term wellness clients
  • Athletes
  • Older adults
  • People seeking injury prevention, strength, and mobility training
This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative setting where Pilates is integrated into a broader vision of health and healing. Pay Structure:
  • Private Session: $40
  • Semi-Private (2 People): $56
  • Small Group (Up to 3 People): $66
  • Physical Therapy Aide Support Role $19/hour

What We’re Looking For:
  • Certified in full Pilates apparatus
  • Experience teaching private and semi-private sessions
  • Able to confidently modify sessions for various physical conditions and skill levels
  • Interest in both fitness and rehab-style Pilates
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Reliable, team-oriented
Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and effective Pilates sessions using Reformer, Cadillac, and other equipment.
  • Adapt instruction for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or working on fitness goals.
  • Communicate with PT staff when appropriate to support client progress.
  • Maintain a clean, organized studio space.
  • Assist with client scheduling.
