Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly P&L reports, identifying key variances and trends
Coordinate/consolidate presentation materials for monthly business reviews and HQ reporting
Lead assigned areas of the annual budget planning process, coordinating with department leads and aligning with HQ targets
Collaborate on internal projects, including cost analysis, process improvements, and new business initiatives
Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making across teams
Participate in ad-hoc financial analyses, supporting broader strategic decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related field
5–6 years of relevant experience in Finance or FP&A
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or other ERP experience is a plus
Solid understanding of financial statements and planning processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Bilingual in English and Korean required
Prior experience in the food retail or related industry is a plus
The base salary for this position is between $76,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
