Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly P&L reports, identifying key variances and trends

  • Coordinate/consolidate presentation materials for monthly business reviews and HQ reporting

  • Lead assigned areas of the annual budget planning process, coordinating with department leads and aligning with HQ targets

  • Collaborate on internal projects, including cost analysis, process improvements, and new business initiatives

  • Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making across teams

  •  Participate in ad-hoc financial analyses, supporting broader strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related field

  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in Finance or FP&A

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or other ERP experience is a plus

  • Solid understanding of financial statements and planning processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset

  • Bilingual in English and Korean required

  • Prior experience in the food retail or related industry is a plus

The base salary for this position is between $76,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
