About this position
Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of litigation experience to join its growing Nashville office.
While prior experience in IP litigation, especially trademark matters, is preferred, it is not required.
Salary range: $155,000 to $190,000 a year
Ideal candidates will have experience with:
Arguing motions and managing discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting complex briefs and analyzing sophisticated legal issues
Contributing to trial preparation and case strategy development
Additional qualifications:
Exceptional communication and persuasive legal writing skills
Strategic, analytical mindset with strong organizational abilities
Solid academic credentials
Licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission by waiver or examination
