Product Manager

About this position


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our data products.


Position Summary: As a Product Manager, your role will become the vital link between our Clients’ business objectives and innovative opportunities for solving human problems to drive value and delight. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our data products meet the evolving needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.
  2. Consult with clients in both business and technology dimensions and translate between them as needed.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis into the product’s domain to identify opportunities and threats.
  4. Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on clients’ business value and feedback to better communicate a clear product vision and go-to-market strategy.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
  6. Translate user, market and sales feedback to drive experiential requirements - journey mapping, user personas, market research - resulting in user stories and design prototypes for delivery.
  7. Work with technical architects and developers to research and assess various technologies that can be used together to solve a business problem.
  8. Work closely with delivery and quality teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
  10. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, clients, and vendors.
  11. Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and release plans effectively.
  12. Ensure the product meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
  13. Collaborate in Sales Solution Engineering activities from product analysis to estimation.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management and business analysis.
  • Experience with data management platforms, databases, SQL, and ETL processes.
  • Proven track record of managing successful IT products from conception to launch to post launch activities
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.


Qualifications

  • Able to live in Cincinnati, and work at the Blue Ash (Cincinnati) location. RELOCATION IS NOT PROVIDED
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, in written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated competency in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to problem-solve, using a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Travel: Up to 5%
