Role and Responsibilities

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, performing routine clinical duties, and assisting with other tasks involved in providing superior patient care.

Serves as the direct supervisor for clinical team members.
Assists Practice Administrator with recruiting and hiring of clinical team members.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the clinical team.
Establishes and implements effective workplace procedures for the clinical team.
Develops strategy and vision for team and patient satisfaction.
Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA Guidelines.
Ensures compliance with state regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Registered Nurse with current state license preferred.
BLS certification required.
Four or more years of related experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to work as part of a comprehensive health team.
Ability to lead a team of professionals and paraprofessionals.
Ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics.
Excellent organizational skills and administrative abilities.
High level understanding of all clinical job functions.
