🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Hours M-F 5PM-8:30PM with morning time hours available.

What You’ll Do
Under supervision, you’ll perform essential custodial duties to meet daily cleaning standards and contractual requirements, including:
🧽 Clean/supply kitchens, restrooms, and break rooms
🧼 Disinfect surfaces and toilets, de-scale as needed
🗑️ Remove trash and clean drinking fountains
🧹 Sweep, vacuum, spot clean, and wet mop floors
🪟 Clean interior windows and handle spray/buff floor maintenance
📌 Complete special projects as assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
✅ Willingness to learn custodial duties
✅ Previous janitorial experience a plus, but not required
Licenses/Certifications & Background Requirements:
✅ Must pass general background check, MVR check
✅Driving Required
You’ll Also Need To…
✔️ Be on time, stay alert, and attend required trainings
✔️ Follow health & safety policies (OSHA, HIPAA, SDS, etc.)
✔️ Represent Tresco with professionalism and respect for all
✔️ Carry and respond to work phone communications as needed
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
