State Farm Agency, located in Denton, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Front Office Receptionist - State Farm Team Member. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Assist the Office Manager with daily tasks
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally
  • Obtain Google reviews from clients
  • Onboard new and existing clients
  • Handle billing questions and take payments
  • Help clients with downloading company apps and setting up their accounts online
  • Texting, calling, and emailing new and existing clients for payments, forms, insurance reviews for the agent and more

Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Must be professional and respectful
  • Responsible learner with excellent phone skills/manners
  • Prior office experience in a professional setting is a plus!
  • Dependable and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to client
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work
  • Property and Casualty (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Life license (must be able to obtain)
  • Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed
