Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups.
• Identify repair needs and communicate findings.
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
• Document work in ServiceTitan.
Requirements
Requirements:
- HVAC certification from an accredited school or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Valid EPA card and Florida driver's license.
- Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to commute to Ormond Beach, FL.
Pay range: $18-$22 (Depending on experience)
