PA’s leading distributor of janitorial and office supplies is currently seeking a motivated employee to fulfill a unique dual-role position within our Distribution Department in Altoona, PA. This individual would provide both warehouse duties and fill in as a delivery driver when needed.
What you’ll do:
- Receive product accurately and note any discrepancies; stage orders for outbound delivery to assure accuracy
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.
- Drive up to a 28’ box truck to customer locations and unload at designated customer delivery areas when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all DOT and safety requirements particular to the equipment, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Home EVERY NIGHT!
This position requires operating a forklift, 24’-28' box truck with lift gate, electric pallet jack, along with a CDL B License and Hazmat Endorsement!
