Responsibilities
- Coordinate vascular laser and cosmetic dermatology treatments
- Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and pre/post-care
- Assist providers during vascular laser procedures
- Schedule treatments and follow-ups; manage documentation in EMR
- Obtain consents and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Serve as a point of contact for patient questions and care coordination
Qualifications
- Prior dermatology or aesthetic medicine experience required
- Knowledge of RFA, varithena, ascleratherapy, sclerotherapy
- Experience with vascular lasers strongly preferred
- Clinical background preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing with patients
- EMR proficiency
