Commerce Pundit is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive with a passion for digital solutions and customer engagement in the home improvement and kitchen design space.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a virtual selling environment, excels at delivering live product demos, and focuses on closing B2B Order Management System (OMS) deals.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers—guiding them through our offerings, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling product demonstrations.

Your ability to communicate value, build trust remotely, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to conversion will be key to driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Engaging Product Demos and Virtual Consultations:
    Conduct scheduled, high-impact online demos and one-on-one consultations with prospective B2B customers. Understand their needs and showcase how Kitchen365’s platform provides tailored solutions.
  • Qualify and Nurture Leads Across Multiple Channels:
    Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and proactively manage outbound outreach (calls, emails, chat). Assess lead quality, identify pain points, and move prospects smoothly through the sales funnel.
  • Effectively Communicate Product Value and Benefits:
    Develop a strong understanding of Kitchen365’s subscription offerings—including key features, benefits, and differentiators—and confidently present them to diverse customer personas.
  • Manage the Complete Inside Sales Cycle:
    Own the process from initial contact to demo, follow-up, and conversion. Maintain momentum and provide clear guidance throughout the buyer journey.
  • Maintain Accurate CRM Records and Sales Reporting:
    Log all customer interactions, meeting notes, and pipeline details in the CRM. Ensure accuracy for reporting and forecasting.
  • Achieve Monthly Sales Targets and KPIs:
    Consistently meet or exceed personal sales quotas and performance metrics such as demo-to-close ratio, response time, and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    Work closely with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to share feedback, align on insights, and ensure a smooth lead-to-user journey.
     

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of Inside Sales Experience (B2B or Subscription Models)
    Hands-on experience managing remote sales processes from prospecting to closure, ideally in digital-first or tech-enabled environments.
  • Proven Success in Virtual Demos and Remote Closures
    Strong record of conducting effective online demos and converting leads via phone or video calls.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
    Confident, persuasive, and empathetic communicator with strong verbal and written abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM and Sales Tools
    Experience with platforms such as FreshSales, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to track leads, manage pipelines, and report performance.
  • Motivated, Goal-Oriented, and Process-Driven
    Self-starter with strong organizational skills, focus on targets, and a proactive approach toward continuous improvement.
