Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Meet or exceed company cleanliness standards
- Strong self‑management skills; able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working in both residential homes and commercial businesses
- Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation
- DMV records will be monitored throughout employment
- Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screen (no THC)
- Follow itemized task lists specific to each location
- Wipe surfaces, mop, dust, and vacuum
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Perform deep cleaning as needed (may include moving small furniture or appliances)
- Other duties as assigned
- This is an active role requiring walking, standing, stooping, and bending
Training Period
- Monday–Friday — 20 hours per week
- Training schedule set by the employer
- Monday–Friday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Company gas card
- All cleaning equipment provided
