Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Toyota dealership team. This role is the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays a critical role in driving showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for responding to leads, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience before the customer ever steps into the dealership.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet leads
Schedule sales appointments for the showroom team
Follow up consistently with prospects using CRM tools
Provide accurate information on vehicles, incentives, and dealership processes
Maintain detailed and organized customer notes
Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals
Requirements:
Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
Confident and professional phone communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Sales or call center experience preferred (not required)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
