Commission $100,000 to $130,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strong front- and back-end gross, PVR, and market share performance
- Desk and structure deals to maximize F&I opportunity and ensure full compliance
- Manage inventory, pricing, and dealer trade strategy
- Oversee CRM follow-up and sales process to improve closing ratios
- Ensure consistent customer engagement and manager involvement
- Maintain strict adherence to federal and state regulations
- Coach, train, and hold the sales team accountable to high standards
Qualifications
- Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience (new and used preferred)
- Strong desking, deal structuring, and inventory management skills
- Experience with DMS, CRM, F&I and inventory management systems
- Results-driven leader with high integrity and strong communication skills
