Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 ***This is an estimated salary range. Compensation will be commensurate with experience***

Functional Description:  

  • Provide non-routine administrative and analytical task support to the leadership team of a prominent Program Management Office.  
  • As a Junior level Administrator, support business functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security. Perform tasks related to the control of government property assigned to the organization.  
  • Act as facility security officer to ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures. 
  • Maintain facility usage metrics, financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.
    Participate in special projects as required. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  


As an Administrator, you are responsible for key business support functions in coordination with the Lab Manager. Provide non-routine administrative and analytical task support to staff of the PMA and leadership. The position is responsible directly to the Operations Lead and the SIL Lab Manager and is a member of the Operations staff ensuring the execution of tasks are performed at the highest level in a timely manner.  


Specific tasks include: 

  • Receive and coordinate tasking and priorities with the SIL LAB Manager. 
  • Coordinate with the Operations Lead to respond to tasks related to the PMA’s operations and best practices. 
  • Use MS Teams and SharePoint sites to control and manage data. 
  • Control and manage lab facility usage, schedule facility and equipment, deconflict overlapping requests, and track and report key usage metrics. 
  • Control the entry of visitors. Escort personnel as required. 
  • Prepare documents such as memorandums, endorsements, and MOAs are in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual. 
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding keeping personnel records up to date. 
  • Coordinate with IT and the team to identify and solve technical issues. 
  • Schedule, coordinate, and run meetings to keep everyone connected and on track.  Update and maintain slides for team meetings. 
  • Coordinate data calls. 
  • Develop and update PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Maintain calendars, TDY schedules, and prepare future planning schedules. 
  • Deconflict schedules as required. 
  • Plan and schedule internal review sessions to ensure team preparedness to brief key points with key external stakeholders. 

Required Experience:       

 

Minimum of one year of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. 

Understanding of and experience accessing DISS. 


Desired Experience:          

  • Experience in facility operations, lab management, security management and security protocols. Intermediate or higher-level skills in Microsoft Office.  
  • Experience in MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint. 

Education Requirements  


BA/BS degree from an accredited college    

Or  

Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree 

Or  

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
