About this position
Description:
The Cook is responsible for ensuring that company standards are being met in the non-customer facing areas of our restaurant. Our Cooks play an essential role in delighting every guest.
Our team members average $11/hr in tips through our tip pool (in addition to hourly wage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and plate food according to our menu specifications and ticket orders
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware
- Ensure that kitchen items remained stocked throughout the shift
- Follow company food safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned

Salary Information
$17.90 - $27.70
