For over 25 years, Olson Toon Landscaping has been crafting stunning outdoor spaces — from breathtaking backyard retreats to large-scale commercial developments. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead a crew of 2–4 team members and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew of 2–4 employees on residential and commercial job sites.

• Oversee daily project execution, including landscape installation and maintenance.

• Read and interpret landscape designs, plans, and specifications.

• Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to crew members.

• Operate and oversee safe use of equipment, machinery, and hand tools.

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs for each project.

• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.

• Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.

• Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates with management.

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

• Prior landscaping experience required (hardscape and/or softscape).

• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team effectively

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, regularly sit, stand, and bend for extended periods of time.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
