About this position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mount, balance, and install custom wheels and tires
- Install all lift and level kits
- Install running boards and bumpers
- Operate both computer balancer and tire machine
- Complete work orders and related paperwork
- Follow all safety guidelines including vehicle torque policy
- Update store manager on any needed accessories or tools
SHOP APPEARANCE:
- Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment
- Conduct planned maintenance on tools and shop equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior wheel and tire installation experience
- Minimum of one year of experience is required
- Experience working with a computer balancer and tire machine
- Friendly with good communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
- Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
