Position Summary:
Buldak is looking for a culturally fluent Hispanic Market Social Media Marketing Manager to lead how our brand shows up with Hispanic audiences across social, with TikTok as the primary platform. This role will manage strategy and execution for Hispanic-focused social content, building a presence that feels native, entertaining, and unmistakably Buldak.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the strategy and day-to-day execution of Buldak’s Hispanic social presence, with TikTok at the center
Be the lead and spearhead the development and growth of a dedicated Hispanic TikTok account
Translate brand campaigns into culturally relevant social content for Hispanic audiences
Develop content formats, trends, and recurring series that drive engagement and growth
Work closely with creators and influencers to expand reach, spot emerging trends early, and move quickly to produce viral, trend-driven content.
Collaborate with brand, creative, and social teams to align messaging and campaigns
Track performance and optimize content based on insights and platform behavior
Stay tapped into Hispanic cultural trends and social conversations
Requirements:
Deeply familiar with Hispanic culture, language, and social media behavior
4-7 years of experience preferred
Experience managing or growing social media channels, especially TikTok
Nice to have: Experience as a Spanish-language content creator.
Strong creative instincts with an understanding of creative, media, influencer landscape, and what performs on social
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
Organized, collaborative, and able to move quickly
Spanish fluency strongly preferred
The base salary for this position is between $76,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
