Job Summary:

The Purchasing Clerk will handle most General and Administrative purchases along with requests for services. These may be done through issuance of purchase orders or credit card purchases.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Act as Liaison with Sales Department, responding to questions and requests
  • Maintain purchasing in-box daily.
  • Respond to vendor requests and inquiries
  • Forward request or information to additional party if needed
  • Forward invoices to AP
  • Process purchase requests that show up via e-mail that are not related to manufactured items. This includes supplies, I/T, Amazon, etc.
  • Assist with Warranty returns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.




Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience preferred



Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
