Description:
GBR Corporation is currently seeking candidates with a Class A CDL to join our team as an Equipment Manager. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of our fleet and transportation operations. This is an active, hands-on position — not a desk job — where your skills and leadership will directly impact jobsite success.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver materials and equipment to construction sites.
- Load and unload trucks and semi-trailers (forklift operation may be required).
- Conduct vehicle inspections, enforce preventative maintenance, and ensure DOT compliance.
- Coordinate major repairs with vendors and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Manage shop inventory and ensure equipment readiness.
- Support CDL drivers and promote safe driving practices.
- Schedule and coordinate equipment and material deliveries with jobsite foremen.
- Pick up materials from vendors and transport construction waste as needed.
- Perform basic repairs on company trucks, trailers, and construction equipment (preferred).

- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Proven experience with fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
- Small engine repair experience (preferred).
