About the role:

The Service Administrator provides temporary administrative support to Divcon’s service operations by reviewing, updating, and organizing service tickets. The role focuses on backlog clean-up, ensuring ticket accuracy, and supporting the dispatch team by maintaining clear, consistent documentation across systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update service tickets with accurate status, documentation, and required details.
  • Standardize ticket formatting, ensure required fields are complete, and close eligible tickets.
  • Identify and flag tickets requiring technical review or follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate service records, contract information, and billing-readiness details.
  • Provide administrative support to the dispatch team, including basic reporting and information gathering.

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating ticketing/CRM systems.
  • Clear written communication skills for consistent documentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently through repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in service, dispatch, or operations environments preferred.


Physical Requirements

·       Sit and/or stand for extended periods (typically 6-8 hours per day) while performing computer-based tasks and facility support tasks.

·       Use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, mice, telephones, scanners and printers.

·       Occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, or reach to access filing cabinets, retrieve documents, or attend meetings.

·       Lift, carry, push, or pull light objects and materials weighing up to 20-25 pounds (e.g., boxes of files or office supplies).

·       Have sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read computer screens, printed documents, and small print; and sufficient hearing to communicate effectively by phone and in person.

·       Work in a typical indoor office environment with moderate noise levels from office equipment, conversations, and occasional interruptions.


The pay range for this role is:
18 - 24 USD per hour(Irving, TX)
