Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
