We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading kitchen operations, and exceptional creativity in menu development, and advanced culinary skills

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities 
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
