Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk 11am-7pm
Reports to: Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
Based at: Mucci PAC, USA
Type of Employment: Full time, permanent, 5 days a week (as required); may include weekend days.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all shipping and receiving activities within the team to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Confirm orders are received and properly scanned into warehouse location.
- Follow all safety requirements, policies, and reports any unsafe conditions to management.
- Establish open lines of communications with Logistics, Production and Commodities to ensure the availability of product to fill orders.
- Responsible for training new employees and motivating current employees.
- Other Duties assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a shipping and receiving.
- Must have strong time organizational skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines.
- Must have strong time management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Famous software experience an asset, however; not a requirement.
- MS (Excel) office skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hilo experience.
