About this position
Your Tailor Made Senior Service is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to join our team in a small, well-maintained group home setting. The home houses two male clients and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be providing care for two adult male clients:
Client One – Independent with self-care:
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Occasional assistance with daily routines
Client Two – Diagnosed with dementia:
Full assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and hygiene
Incontinence care
Ensure safety and comfort while promoting dignity and respect
Provide calm, patient support and redirection as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience, preferably with dementia clients
Experience working in a group home or similar residential care setting
Ability to assist with mobility, personal care, and daily living activities
Strong communication and observation skills
Dependability, compassion, and patience
Must pass background check and provide references
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
