Now Hiring: Sales RepresentativeLocation: Philadelphia, PA HybridCompensation: Base + Commission The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with clients in person, promoting products or services, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth. Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and existing customers, discussing their needs and presenting tailored solutions.Negotiate sales contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.Identify prospective customers and follow up on sales leads to build a consistent sales pipeline.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategize sales approaches effectively.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, reporting regularly to management.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.An established book of business preferredProven experience in outside sales or a similar role is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.Strong ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a sales team.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.Bilingual English-Spanish required
