SUMMARY:
The Catering Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth and market presence of our hospitality services by managing and expanding catering sales operations. This position is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences. The successful candidate will analyze market trends and revenue data to optimize pricing and maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or proven experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in catering sales or hotel sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Opera property management system and computer accounting programs.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management, yield management, and budgetary analytical techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in work schedule working evenings, weekends and holidays.
