Truck Driver - 2nd Shift

Department:                            Warehouse 

Classification:                          Truck Driver  

Wage:                                      Bracket V

Hours:                                     2nd Shift, 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Days Off:                                 Saturday and Sunday (Possible split days off)

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

• Must possess valid California Commercial Drivers license
• Must operate the trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Must perform the duties of a forklift operator as needed
• Must maintain a good driving record and have maintained a good driving record in the past to qualify for insurance
• Must accept responsibilities for product being hauled and equipment being used
• Must perform other warehouse functions as needed
• Perform necessary housekeeping to keep receiving and shipping docks clean
• May be required to work O/T
• Other duties as assigned

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be able to abide by The AFP Mission Statement dealing with customers, quality, innovation, integrity and ethics values. 
• Must be able to value people, teamwork, safety, excellence, and have pride and dignity for work performed. 
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Must posses a Commercial drivers license and be D.O.T. certified
• Must have a working knowledge of all materials and can codes used a AFP
• Must have a working knowledge of the trucks
• Must demonstrate proficiency in the above responsibilities
