As the Contracts Manager you will track all contractual agreements between the organization and providers, payers, and other partners.

Some Responsibilities Include:
• Improve workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and responsiveness.
• Create, track, and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines from inception to completion.
• Act as a liaison across departments (e.g., HR, IT, Finance) to ensure cohesive execution and clear communication.
• Gather data, evaluate project success, and prepare reports on outcomes and impact for leadership.
• Identify risks, adjust scopes, and manage resources efficiently
• Track all contractual agreements between the organization and providers, payers, and other partners.
• Maintain accurate records of contract agreements, amendments and renewal notices in the Med Trainer system.
• Ensure contracts and amendments comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, execute, and monitor critical initiatives outside of regular duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Report all contractual issues to CEO.
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, business, law, finance, or a related area
- A minimum of five-year experience contract management, healthcare, social services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skill for managing and tracking contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting contract terms.
