Start Date: April 6, 2026

The Multimedia Designer conceptualizes and creates diverse marketing designs, encompassing social media content, job ads, videos, presentations, signage, and brochures/flyers for the Global Employer Branding team. They establish and implement brand guidelines, collaborate with Content Writers to translate campaign proposals into visually compelling designs, and manage creative aspects of online events. Additionally, they oversee design projects from inception to completion, maintain an online archive of designs, and stay abreast of social media trends.

What does a day in the life of a Multimedia Designer look like?

• Conceptualize and create various marketing designs, including, but not limited to, social media content, jobs ads, videos, presentations, signage, brochures/flyers for the Employer Branding team
• Build a brand book and implement the guidelines in all marketing materials across all platforms to maintain a consistent brand image
• Work with the Content Writer to translate social media campaigns and content proposals into visually appealing and strategic designs
• Handle the creative side of online events such as animated logos, hype videos, speaker frames and presentations, and the like
• Handle all design projects from conception to delivery
• Maintain an online archive of all designs
• Research the latest standards, trends, and changes in the social media landscape 
• Related Duties as Assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Multimedia Designer?

• Design/Communications/Fine Arts or related field
• Extensive experience in visual storytelling including illustration and animation
• Substantial experience in basic storyboarding, video production, motion graphics and animation
• Experience in managing end-to-end creatives of social media marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
• Has a link to an online portfolio showcasing images and videos focusing on social media content

• Candidates should be from Pampanga - can work at Hideout
• 3 years of experience as a MultimediaDesigner (video + photo) 
• Background with BPO
• Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Figma, OBS studio (livestreaming platform)
• Background with photography or videography
• Background with social media content creation, visual trends
• Portfolio - animation, videos, posters, planners, prints

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia
