Benjamin Franklin PlumbingFlorida & Birmingham, AL(Field-Based Leadership Role – Travel Required)Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a high-impact, results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead, coach, and elevate our Plumbing Advisors across Florida and Birmingham, Alabama.This role is responsible for accelerating top-line revenue growth, increasing close rates and average ticket, and driving significant expansion in water treatment sales performance across all assigned markets.This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position requiring regular branch visits, ride-alongs, and in-home coaching. This is not a remote role.The ideal candidate brings strong plumbing and water treatment sales expertise, along with a proven track record of developing high-performing residential in-home sales teams through structured coaching, accountability, and data-driven performance management.
