NOW HIRING INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $18.00 - $21.00 PER HOUR + COMMISSION!

Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales? Fairway is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert leads, upsell services, and provide outstanding customer support. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships, and strive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Convert leads into sales and upsell services.  
• Engage in inbound/outbound calls and emails.  
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve concerns.  
• Accurately track sales and customer interactions in CRM.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.  
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, NICE CXone, and RealGreen.  
• Weekend availability required (PTO blackout: Mar 1 - Jun 1).
