Complete Smiles Redwood is a happy, family-focused dental practice led by Dr. Sommerville. We’re seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit, low-turnover team. Our practice prioritizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and a positive, collaborative environment.

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Closed

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home-care routines
Support dentists chairside as needed during procedures and exams
Take digital X-rays, impressions, and scans when required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
CPR certification
Strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have:

Experience with advanced dental technology (CEREC, SprintRay, CBCT)
Interest in expanding skills in a modern, growing dental practice

Technology & Services
