About this position

Summary: 

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring cyber security is the top priority of the company while managing the surveillance systems, the phone systems, Data Nomix, the Masters Machine Company website, and all social media platforms.  The IT Support Specialist is professional, respectful, courteous & friendly to all fellow employees, Supervisors & Managers at Masters Machine, and reports to the AP Account Analyst.  The IT Support Specialist will follow the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program and will back up to the IT Manager as needed.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manages the camera system, ensuring that the surveillance system is always in proper working order, and assist users with access as needed.
  • Maintain phone & PA systems, available for technical support as needed
  • Manages the Masters Machine Company Website, keeping the website up to date with accurate information at all times
  • Manages social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn.  Keeping platforms up to date, with accurate information.
  • Ensuring cyber security using the CMMC Program.
  • Assists IT Manager with implementation of security controls for data, network access and backup systems as needed.
  • Assists with Email maintenance, available for support as needed
  • Assists JobBoss reports, also assist with creating new reports as directed
  • Assisting end-users with software issues as needed
  • Assists the IT Manager with the maintenance of changes to networking infrastructure
  • Assists with Monitoring new reports and implementing security measures to respond to developing security threats
  • Assists with proper employee onboarding and offboarding as needed, processes are followed in coordination with HR

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills; research and resolution skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new hardware and software solutions rapidly
  • Computer, phone, and video surveillance repair and installation experience
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server operation
  • Understanding of networking infrastructure, configuration, and security
  • Experience with social media, and marketing

Monday - Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Fridays 7:00am-12:30pm
